How is Wax Kit cheaper than bringing my own equipment?
A tuning bench, bundle of gates, or equipment box, typically qualifies as an oversized or overweight bag. When you add irons, vices, drills, and coaching equipment, the weight and baggage fees add up fast. Teams can routinely pay €600–€900 in bag fees for each international trip. Wax Kit rental pricing is set so that you save on costs and have the gear you need.
What are the minimum and maximum rental periods?
What are the minimum and maximum rental periods?
The minimum rental period is 7 days and the maximum is 30 days. If you require a booking outside this range, reach out to see if we can accommodate your request.
How does pick-up and return work?

When your booking is confirmed, you receive a confirmation email containing instructions. Most locations use a storage locker located near the airport. You will be able to pick-up your booking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Every rental is backed by our equipment guarantee. If a piece of equipment fails through no fault of the renter, contact us and a replacement will be dispatched to your location within 24 hours. If equipment fails due to improper use or by fault of the renter, a replacement can be dispatched for an additional cost.

Do I need to bring adapters for the electrical equipment?
No. All Wax Kit electrical equipment (irons, cables, and any powered add-ons) is natively rated for 230V European power. This eliminates the fire risk that comes from running high-draw waxing equipment through cheap travel adapters. which is a real and common hazard with 110V equipment. Flying with Li-ion batteries in checked luggage is also typically forbidden.

Yes. You can select different pickup and drop-off locations during booking. One-way rentals between any of our hubs are fully supported. Additional fees may apply depending on the route — your personal quote will reflect this clearly.
